Please join us for the January 2017 IFMA Central PA program in “America’s Coolest Small Town” – Lititz PA! Hosted by Haller Enterprises, the program will focus on R-22 refrigerant phase-out in the HVAC industry and its affect on FM budgets in the very near future. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final phasedown schedule of the primary refrigerant hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC)-22 utilized in most existing HVAC equipment. With this increasingly limited supply of R-22, the costs for repairs will continue to climb. Hear from industry experts on this topic, to keep your short and long term budget plans in line.
