To celebrate the upcoming 100th Anniversary of Ralph E Jones, Inc. we are doing community services projects. Our goal is to increase the number of projects we do every year right up to our 100th Anniversary Year of 2024 where we will to at least 100 services project

Our commitment to non profit organizations
Strategic Investment
Our support of local non profit organizations includes doing painting and wallcover projects that support their mission. Our goal is to perform one project every quarter. These are typically projects we can complete in roughly one day. Projects to date have included interior painting, exterior painting and dry erase board projects.

Red Shirt Fridays
Honor ALL troops and veterans
The concept behind the Red Shirt Friday movement is simple – wear a red shirt every Friday to show that you respect and support our troops and veterans. Throw your politics out the door for a moment; the selfless acts of our military personnel have protected our rights and freedoms since the birth of this great nation. RSF was developed as a way for American citizens to show their support and appreciation for the sacrifices that our troops are making and our veterans have made.
At Ralph E Jones Inc, every friday, all of our field crew and office staff wear RED shirts to “Remember Everyone Deployed”.

B Corp Commitment
Meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
Certified B Corporations are leaders in the global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. Unlike other certifications for businesses, B Lab is unique in our ability to measure a company’s entire social and environmental impact.
B Corp Certification is a designation that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials. In order to achieve certification, a company must:
- Demonstrate high social and environmental performance by achieving a B Impact Assessment score of 80 or above and passing our risk review. Multinational corporations must also meet baseline requirement standards.
- Make a legal commitment by changing their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders, and achieve benefit corporation status if available in their jurisdiction.
- Exhibit transparency by allowing information about their performance measured against B Lab’s standards to be publicly available on their B Corp profile on B Lab’s website.

What B Corp Means to Us
Ralph E. Jones, Inc. believes that if we want to see change in the world, WE have to take the lead to make that happen. For us, that means we think the way we run our business is significant:
- We encourage the use of nontoxic paint wherever possible and safely dispose of leftover paint products
- Our office waste has been reduced by replacing some of our paper products with eco-friendly solutions
- Giving back to our community through donations and volunteering makes us all grow stronger
- As a certified women-owned business, we feel responsible to support fellow women in their respective fields
