Each year, IFMA’s Day on the Hill in Harrisburg gains more and more momentum. Join us on March 22 to learn, and share your thoughts/suggestions on, facility management best practices in both the private sector, and in the Commonwealth of PA.
In November 2015, the PA Joint State Government Commission published the report, Office Space Management in Pennsylvania Government. The study was authorized by SR215, the sponsors of which have expressed continued interest in working with IFMA to understand how to implement/share FM best practices in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Although the published report focuses primarily on leasing strategies, the legislative sponsors are interested in learning more about how IFMA can help with overall facility management best practices. Improving the way the Commonwealth leases property is a concentration of Governor Wolf in his efforts to help reduce the current operating deficit.
Join us on March 22 to learn about the Commonwealth’s goals for improving leasing efficiency, and how IFMA members can share their expertise to improve the profession facility management in Pennsylvania.
