What We're Looking For:
Commercial Painter (Full Time)
We are on the hunt for experienced, community-minded professionals who care about the details, take pride in their work, and want to be part of something bigger than a paycheck.
What You'll Do:
- Prep, prime, and paint commercial interiors/ exteriors
- Read blueprints and specs to deliver exactly what the job calls for
- Apply coatings by brush, roller and spray
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and respectful
- Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and supervisors
- Participate in local community service efforts – like non-profit upgrades
- Help mentor new team members and lead by example
What You Bring:
- At least 3 years of commercial or industrial painting experience
- Familiarity with various application methods and surface prep
- A working knowledge of safety standards (OSHA/EPA)
- Physical ability to work at heights and perform manual tasks
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A heart for community service and a mind for teamwork
