Cortec Corporation out of St. Paul, Minnesota developed a graffiti remover which also prevents rusting, a common problem during graffiti clean up.
During the removal of graffiti, metal surfaces in particular can be prone to rust or discoloration. Cortec’s EcoAir product prevents “flash rusting” on those metal surfaces. Because of its “relatively low level of toxicity”, the solution can be left on the affected area for less than 30 minutes, then easily rinsed and scraped off.
